Typically, we aim to pack orders within two business days of receiving them, although sometimes during busy periods this can be longer.
We have one packer and she is pretty amazing, but still only human.
Shipping is a separate timeframe and depends on the method you have chosen. COVID has added an average delay of 2-3 days, so please do not order on a Monday and expect to have your parcel by Friday as we just cannot make any timeframe commitments at the moment.
It is up to you to plan your orders in advance to allow extra time for delivery.
If you are local to Brisbane, you can choose local pickup at checkout and that has a 2 business day turnaround.
